  • Hayley Rose Yoga

    Hayley

    Founder of Folde Yoga School. Hayley began her teaching journey in 2017 and has since completed thousands of hours of training. Hayley brings a heart-centred-ness to her offerings that only comes from a deep love and reverence for the practice. 
    Hayley teaches through the lens of Tantra: the science of energy management, and hopes that you leave her classes feeling more grounded, vital and full of life than when you arrived. Her classes are slow and stable and always guided by breath.
    Hayley co-teaches the Yoga in Depth 200 hour teacher training alongside Folde senior teacher Claire Blackwood where they train, educate and support emerging teachers in nipaluna.

  • Claire Blackwood Yoga

    Claire

    Claire has been teaching since 2014. Known for her precision and alignment, Claire’s classes are steady and intelligently sequenced, while providing a firm foundation in the principles of yoga. 
    She provides a safe space for discovery and growth, encouraging all students to trust not just in the process of yoga but in themselves and their own abilities.
    Claire co-teaches the Yoga in Depth 200 hour teacher training alongside Folde founder Hayley Rose where they train, educate and support emerging teachers in nipaluna.

  • Sandy King Yoga

    Sandy

    Sandy (they/them) is a world-renowned yoga teacher trainer with 17 years of teaching experience. A dedicated Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Sandy specialises in integrated, inclusive yoga that goes far beyond āsana. Their vinyāsa classes weave together yoga philosophy, eclectic playlists, fun and challenging sequencing, hands-on assists, and mantra chanting with the harmonium. Their yin and restorative classes offer a contrasting space for grounding and nervous system care.

    Catherine

    Catherine's love for yoga is tangible and she creates a warm, welcoming space which empowers others to connect to their own inner wisdom and be at home in their bodies. You can expect classes rich with metaphor, poetic themes, and creativity, all grounded in breath.  A passionate student of Chinese medicine and tantric philosophy, she is endlessly inspired by the magic of yoga and feels it is her greatest delight, honour, and dharma to share this with others.

    Sally

    Sally has an integrated approach to health and well-being as a yoga teacher, remedial massage therapist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. Studying various forms (Hatha, Satyananda, Iyengar, Vinyasa) since adopting a regular yoga practice at age 16, Sally brings a depth of knowledge in functional anatomy to her alignment-focused classes, taught at a slow and steady, accessible pace. Dedicated to practices that balance the nervous system, her supportive approach encourages students to connect with their body’s innate wisdom.

    Teagan

    With a background in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, Teagan classes are joyful, soulful, and deeply nurturing. She is passionate about curating embodied experiences that help you to feel, to heal, and to come home to yourself. Off the mat, Teagan is a primary educator, nature lover, tea enthusiast and an adventurer at heart.

    Alex

    Alex’s sense of care and intuition make her classes supportive, empowering and delicious. Alex is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, having completed 500+ hours of teacher trainings in Australia and overseas. Since teaching in NSW and VIC, Alex comes to Hobart with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Alex specialises pre and postnatal yoga, vinyasa flow and yin practices. Her teachings are personal, unique and threaded with mindful cues to build focus and sense of immersive, moving meditation in practice. Alex offers modifications to ensure all levels feel nurtured, challenged and always safe. Fostering mind-body connection, her classes guide intention and empowerment, self compassion and deep relaxation.

    Jac

    Jac's offerings are ever-inspired by the vastness and wonder of what it is to be alive.

    With a background in somatics, non-dual Tantra and Taoism, she believes the practice of yoga to be a way to develop more capacity and curiosity to meet ourselves in the body, and in the world, with more honesty, presence and aliveness. She teaches with reverence and awe to these many practices that continue to call us into deeper relationship with life.

    Jac is also a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist (trained by Gwyn Williams) and has trained under many world renowned teachers, completing over 1000 hours of training.

    Sas

    Sas is an Advanced Certified 800hr Jivamukti Yoga teacher, whose classes are inspired by ecology, the wonders of the natural world, and yogic philosophy. Sas hopes for all folks to feel included during class and shares teachings through a queer lens. Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu.

    Jen is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, coupled with 10 years of teaching yoga. Her expertise spans various styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, and Restorative.Jen’s classes seamlessly blend Western science with Eastern philosophies, inviting you to explore and lean into your own inner wisdom. Through cultivating present-moment awareness, mindful movement, and breathwork, Jen’s teachings offer profound benefits that extend beyond the yoga mat, enriching every aspect of your life.

    Erin is passionate about the mechanics of movement and the somatic intimacy of body and mind. Erin creates a space where students can explore their own journey and find clarity on the path back to themselves. She offers a strong vinyasa flow, designed with liquid like transitions inspired by her background in contemporary dance.

    Her approach is both playful and challenging, inviting students to engage with their bodies in creative ways. Erin’s classes aim to provide practical tools to inspire the yoga journey through everyday life. To cultivate an intimate relationship between body, mind and spirit and to provide a grounding force, to illuminate the pathway home.

  • Stephanie

    Stephanie’s classes are designed to invite you along for the opportunity to go within, to connect to the true nature of your unique self. She is passionate about her students growth, creating a space that allows them to feel that they are held safely and comfortably within their movement and breath. A space that invites one to feel deeply physically, energetically & emotionally. Stef’s classes are gentle, yet powerful with strong emphasis on breath, intuitive movement & correct engagement. She takes great influence from nature to guide people to flourish in their own organic ways.
