Sandy King

Sandy (they/them) has been teaching yoga for 16 years and is a world renowned yoga teacher trainer. As a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Sandy is passionate about teaching integrated yoga (more than just āsana), through an inclusive lens. Sandy’s flow classes are themed around a topic from yoga philosophy, supported by an eclectic playlist, a fun and challenging sequence; accompanied by hands-on-assists and chanting with the harmonium. In their Yin Yoga classes, Sandy draws upon Taoist teachings, themed around the seasons, incorporating acupressure points and Qi Gong breath practices.
