Yin Yoga is a practice of restoration and deep, inner listening — a lunar approach to yoga that can support nervous system regulation and capacity, slowing down, and cultivating a deeper relationship with the body's wisdom.
This training is for all lovers of Yin.
Held over five days, this immersive training is a deep dive into the practice of Yin Yoga through the lens of the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Exploring both the physical anatomy, and the energetic threads of this practice through theory and practice — you will leave this training with an embodied understanding of the medicine of Yin Yoga & The 5 Elements of TCM.
The blueprint of this immersion is designed to support you in your own embodiment of the practice, and will offer you everything you need to teach intelligent, embodied and heart-led Yin Yoga classes — through daily extended Yin practices, elemental theory, understanding fascia, embodiment practices, Yin language & sequencing, the art of holding space and more.

Jac Keleher
Jac's offerings are ever-inspired by the vastness and wonder of what it is to be alive. With a background in somatics, non-dual philosophy and Taoism, she believes the practice of yoga to be a way to develop more capacity and curiosity to meet ourselves in the body, and in the world, with more honesty, presence and aliveness. She teaches with reverence and awe to these many practices that continue to call us into deeper relationship with life.
Jac is also a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist (trained by Gwyn Williams) and has trained under many world renowned teachers, completing over 1000 hours of training.
Dr Sophie Toland
Sophie has always had a fascination with the human body, its innate intelligence and the human body’s own ability to maximise its function and heal itself.
She is a registered Osteopath and a qualified yoga instructor and anatomy teacher.
Through teaching and practice, Sophie quickly found there to be evident gaps in the current teachings and knowledge of asanas and anatomy for yoga students and for already qualified teachers.
Through her passion for teaching as well as her realisation of the gaps in the current yoga teachings, her enthusiasm for safe and thorough anatomy teaching has grown.
This led Sophie to develop anatomy programs for yoga teachers which she has now been running online and in- person for many years for both 200hr and 500hr yoga teachers.
