Into Stillness

BOOK NOW

Into Stillness is an invitation to return to the practice of rest and in doing so, return home to yourself.

Join Hayley Rose, Founder of Folde Yoga School for an evening spent in the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep, where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and rest is welcomed fully.

Into Stillness is an evening offering, designed to support the nervous system, invite the body into deeper states of ease, and guide the mind into quiet, in-between realms of restful awareness.

We'll move through practices of simple, accessible pranayama: slow and steady breathing practices that ease the nervous system and create a sense of arrival. Explore restorative yoga: completely supported shapes held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to soften and be held, fully. The evening will close with a practice of yoga nidra: a guided body scan meditation inviting a unique state of restful awareness, allowing deep stillness, spaciousness and ease.

We live in a chronically exhausted and over-stimulated society,
Into Stillness is designed to be a balm for our busy minds, living our big busy lives.

This is not a place to achieve or strive. This is a place to pause. A place to remember rest as your natural state.

We hope you can join us for an evening of breath, support, and deep restoration.

Come as you are.

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience required.
