The Universe Within

Together we embark on a magical journey through the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine - weaving the external universe into our inner world. Teach Vinyasa & Yin from the perspective of the 5 Elements.

A decadent training full of metaphor, beauty, & inspiration. Designed to transform your yoga practice and teaching, as well as light up a deeper level of understanding life and what it is to be in tune with your inner nature and your place in the external world.

This immersion is a deep dive into the magical world of Chinese Medicine 5 element philosophy and how this can enrich and inform our yoga practice, our daily lives, and ourselves. Together we journey through the nourishing cycle from Traditional Chinese Medicine in our yoga practices and lectures.

The focus is understanding and embodying the cycles of nature and all the beauty of the natural world in our own bodies - as above, so below, the universe externally, and the universe held within.

We will journey in our practices through the nourishing cycle, starting with earth on Friday and working through to fire on Sunday, with a yang/yin practice devoted to each element.
