Yin, Pin and Hot Stones

Yin, Pin and Hot Stones

Immerse yourself in this restorative 2-hour experience combining the deeply restful practices of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture, led by Hayley Rose and acupuncturist Sally Kluss.

Guided by the Water element, the seat of inner clarity and quietude, this class is an invitation to slow down completely.

Prioritising deliberate pause is something we all need more of; and to nourish the energy of Yin through intentional rest is a profound gift to the self.

Through long-held, passive postures, you will be guided to release tension stored in the body. To deepen this release, heated stones will be placed upon key points, their weighted warmth melting away resistance and encouraging the waters of the body to settle.

As you soften into savasana, Sally will thoughtfully place acupuncture needles to support the flow of Qi, balance the nervous system, and allow the body to do what it does best: heal. You will leave feeling unhurried, restored, and held.

No prior yoga or acupuncture experience necessary.
Simply come as you are, ready to unwind.
