The lights will be low, the music will be loud and we'll drop into a deep space of breath and movement.
The sonic journey invites movement on the mat to turn inward, while staying tuned to the pulse of the room. Ambient tones, soft pulses, and cheeky little beats that slip under the skin will guide the way.
No experience necessary. All props and mats supplied. Just bring yourself and an open mind to move in community.

Hayley Rose
Founder of Folde Yoga School. With 14 years of practice and thousands of hours of training, Hayley brings a heart-centredness to her offerings that only comes from a deep love and reverence for the practice. Hayley teaches through the lens of Tantra: the science of energy management and hopes that you leave her classes feeling more grounded, vital and full of life than when you arrived. Her classes are slow and stable and always guided by breath.
Possum Magic
Possum Magic tells stories through music.
She is a nipaluna/Hobart-based DJ who plays with rhythms that invite bodies to listen, stretch, and sway. Her sets come alive in the pause between a beat, a breath, and a shift in movement.
