Discover the heartful practice of Zenthai Shiatsu (as taught by Gwyn Williams) in this 2.5-hour introductory workshop with Jac Keleher.
This workshop is a deep dive into the art of intentional touch and the principles and the practice of Zenthai Shiatsu through yoga asana, touch theory, partner work and learning a series of Zenthai techniques.
You will learn a simple body-work sequence to both give and receive.
Ideal for newcomers to the practice, and a perfect stepping stone for those considering the Level 1 training with Gwyn at Folde this September.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy that weaves Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathy techniques. It is a therapeutic practice of listening deeply to what lies within both the physical and energetic body, and is a loving invitation back to one's innate wholeness.

Jac's offerings are ever-inspired by the vastness and wonder of what it is to be alive, traversing through the wild and vast eco-systems of our inner and outer worlds. With a background embedded in traditional Tantra and the ancient wisdom of Taoism, she teaches with a deep understanding of energetics, breath and embodiment — incorporating story-telling and philosophy to awaken a remembrance, and bring you home — to what’s already yours.
Trained under some world renowned teachers, she has completed over 1000 hours of training, and has devoted many years of her life to practices of yoga, movement and ancient traditions.
