Ground of Being is an embodied and experiential workshop that explores yoga through a somatic lens, guiding you into a deeper conversation with yourself - as a whole body, having a whole experience.
Drawing on elements of Body-Mind Centering, embodied anatomy, non-dual Tantra, and ecology, this workshop guides you in awakening these teachings into your yoga practice - you can expect to experience this through embodied movement, yoga asana and somatic meditation.
This offering is a refuge to listen more deeply and come home to the deep well of intelligence that lives within your body.

Jac Keleher
Jac's offerings are ever-inspired by the vastness and wonder of what it is to be alive in the wild eco-systems of our inner and outer world.
With a background in somatics, non-dual Tantra and Taoism, she believes the practice of yoga to be a way to develop more capacity, agency and curiosity to meet ourselves in the body, and in the world, with more honesty, presence and aliveness. She teaches with reverence and awe to these many practices that continue to call us into deeper relationship with life.
Jac is also a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist (trained by Gwyn Williams) and has trained under many world renowned teachers, completing over 1000 hours of training.
