This training is approved by Yoga Alliance as 25 Hours CE
Restore is a 25-hour immersive Myofascial Release training designed to give you practical, science-based tools to support movement, recovery, and long-term body health.
Myofascial release helps reduce pain, tension, and the risk of injury while supporting both recovery and long-term injury prevention. It increases range of motion and mobility, allowing the body to move with greater ease and efficiency. This practice also helps regulate the nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
Over time, it creates a deeper sense of freedom and lightness in the body, while providing practical tools to counteract the tension and restriction that build up through daily life.
This training is designed to deepen your understanding and give you powerful tools to create lasting change.
Suitable for Yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, PTs, coaches, wellness practitioners, and anyone ready to understand their body on a deeper level.
