Assisting Beyond the Asana

Rooted in the knowledge and experience of Sarah Routhier, this course offers a powerful introduction to the impactful work of hands-on assisting.

With over 15 years of practice and a strong foundation in yoga asana and massage therapy, it blends anatomy, energetics, and intention to help you support students in feeling safe, seen, and deeply connected in their practice.

Whether you're new to assisting or looking to refine your approach, you'll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately and a renewed understanding of how impactful your presence can be.

This training is a spark of inspiration & the beginning.
