Melt into a sweet cocoon of Yin and intentional touch.

This soul-nourishing practice invites you to slow down, soften, and settle into the quiet spaces within. Through long-held Yin postures and nurturing hands-on assists inspired by Zenthai Shiatsu, the body is supported to gently unravel.

Like being held in stillness, tension melts away, breath deepens, and the nervous system unwinds.

A unique experience weaving the meditative stillness of Yin with the healing language of touch—offering a space to restore, receive, and reconnect.

Meet your facilitators

Erin Barney

Erin is passionate about the mechanics of movement and the somatic connection between body and mind. With a background as a professional dancer, yoga became a form of medicine supporting her both physically and emotionally.

Through yoga and Zenthai Shiatsu, Erin holds a grounded, supportive space where individuals are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Her classes cultivate a deeper relationship between body, mind, and spirit - offering grounding, clarity, and a pathway back home.

Kynan Wu

With a deep passion for self-care, movement, yoga, and inner exploration, Kynan brings the insight of a 650-hour RYT yoga teacher, certified fitness instructor, and a human shaped by lived experience of injury and trauma.

Years of dedicated practice and continual refinement of his skill set inform a grounded, intuitive approach to bodywork. This understanding shapes the way he meets each person and each treatment - with devotion, integrity, and compassion.
